Return & Refund Policy

At Made by Brechje, every piece is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations, small imperfections, or differences in color and placement may occur. These are a normal part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition as received
- not damaged or altered in any way
Original packaging is not required, but the item must be returned safely and securely.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom or personalized items
- made-to-order items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We may ask you to return the item before a refund or store credit is issued.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit
In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, we may already have started preparing or creating your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.
